The 2019 Atlanta Jewish Film Festival has come to a close after an unforgettable 21 days of international cinema. As reflected in their 2019 tagline, “see the world on film”, more than 38,000 moviegoers were treated to a diverse collection of 76 films from 24 countries, enhanced by the expertise and unique perspective of filmmakers, actors, scholars, community leaders and other engaging guest speakers. The exceptional lineup did not go unnoticed – we saw great pieces secured with the Atlanta Jewish Times, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Atlanta Magazine, INSite Magazine, and more; as well as exciting interviews with podcasts (including Girls On Film, Appen Media Group’s Pod With The Wind, and Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio), radio (including WABE’s “City Lights with Lois Reitzes” and GPB’s “On Second Thought”), and TV (including CBS 46’s “Public Affairs on Peach” and WSB’s “People 2 People”).
