We’re feeling optimistic about Charlotte’s newest mixed-use development, Optimist Hall!

From day one, over three years ago, the team knew they wanted to preserve + re-use a significant piece of Charlotte’s history while reimagining the old textile mill as a place of innovation + community. Formerly known as Tompkins Hall, the developers at White Point Paces Partners + Paces Properties have reintroduced the mixed-use development as Optimist Hall to honor the history of the mill + reflect the Optimist Park neighborhood in which it stands.

As tenants, like Bao + Broth, Honeysuckle Gelato, Zukku Sushi and Suárez Bakery & Barra, begin to build-out for their spring 2019 opening, we can’t wait to see what this new chapter holds for Optimist Hall.
