We’ve talked a lot about Bruce Moffett + the work he’s doing in Charlotte. Today, we wanted to shine the spotlight on one of the people who help make his restaurants what they are (delicious + successful).
Andrew Dodd is the executive chef at NC Red + has worked in kitchens all over the country before moving to Charlotte in 2007 to attend Johnson & Wales University. He continued working in restaurants around the city before joining the MRG team in 2014 where he worked at Stagioni until he started at the helm of NC Red when the restaurant opened earlier this year. Most recently, he welcomed a new baby boy, Hugo, into his family – congratulations!
