The Goodfella takes the classic Italian sandwich and adds a delicious twist – made with mortadella, coppa, salami, soppressata, shredded lettuce, tomato, provolone, oregano, hot cherry peppers, EVOO and vinaigrette on a hoagie roll. Eggplant Parm is perfect for vegetarians looking for something a little more decadent – made lightly fried eggplant, buffalo mozzarella, basil and San Marzano tomato sauce on a toasted hoagie roll. Last but certainly not least, Chef Luca took their already famous meatballs and took it up a notch with Meatball Parm – made with homemade meatballs, buffalo mozzarella, basil and San Marzano tomato sauce on a toasted hoagie roll.
