Get ready Charlotte! Bao + Broth is set to open this August in the brand-new Optimist Hall + you won’t want to miss it. Created by Larry Schreiber, a name you might recognize from Moffett Restaurant Group, the steamed bun + ramen shop is like nothing the city has seen before.
With four different broth choices, five protein options, multiple toppings and an additional full Bao menu, this restaurant does not disappoint. Not to mention, the house special of Rice Cakes, Pork Belly Kimchi and dessert options of coconut or chocolate macaroon are even more delicious than they sound.
