We’re thrilled to announce Chef Ian Winslades’ new Buckhead restaurant, Mission + Market is set to open for lunch, including an easy grab + go menu, and dinner on Monday, April 9. The Contemporary American, West-Coast inspired eatery features innovative, yet timeless architectural + interior designs (our favs include the teal, crushed velvet furniture, the living moss wall + the two 15 year old ficus trees that surround the 8-seat chef’s counter), not to mention a delicious spring menu. The globally influenced dishes encompass fresh flavors, rich textures + simple ingredients.
The 360 team had the privilege of checking out the restaurant for lunch + indulging in a few of the dishes. Needless to say, we’ve been dreaming about it ever since! We recommend the pickled oysters, grilled Spanish octopus, wild mushroom polenta + seared steelhead trout with pea scented rice grits. Thank you for the hospitality, Chef Winslade! We can’t wait for opening day.
