Have you made your way to Falafel Nation yet? The quick-stop falafel shop opened its doors this summer alongside its neighboring sister restaurant, Aziza, at Westside Provisions District. From restauranteur Tal Baum (of Bellina Alimentari and Aziza), Falafel Nation shares Baum’s grandmother’s treasured falafel recipes with visitors.
The restaurant offers a menu of quick and delicious to-go items including hummus bowls, falafel, pitas, and other vegetarian street food with “all the fixins”. Messy eating is part of the fun!
