In a recent feature article, Charlotte Business Journal gave readers an exclusive update on the progress of the $60M adaptive-reuse project, Tompkins Hall. In just a year’s time, Tompkins Hall will transform a 135,000-square-foot textile mill into the home of restaurants, retail space + offices. The goal for the textile mill revamp, which dates back to the 1890s, is to breathe new life into the property while preserving the historical value.

Set to open in Spring 2019 in Charlotte’s Optimist Park neighborhood, Tompkins Hall is anything but run of the mill. To discover more BTS details, read Charlotte Business Journal’s full article here.
