Tompkins Hall has just announced their first F+B tenants and there’s no denying it, they’re the perfect fit! Kicking off the announcement, Fonta Flora Brewery is confirmed and set to feature a tasting room, generous outdoor patio/lawn space, and a daily rotating craft beer menu. Aix Rotisserie, a French Rotisserie from the team behind the award-winning Aix en Provence was also on the list alongside Undercurrent Coffee, A full-service coffee bar with hand-crafted espresso beverages, “pour over” drip coffees, batch brewed coffee, specialty tea, and other specialty and seasonal beverages. With a focus on regional, specialty retailers, services and restaurants, Tompkins Hall and its new tenants are a match made in heaven, to say the least.
