Xhibit Studio Kitchen & Bar opened December 20, 2018 at the brand new Canopy Atlanta Midtown, and their menu is just as inspiring as the décor of the hotel. From the fried cheese grits with peach marmalade and fire roasted chicken to the southern buttermilk pie, each ingredient is carefully chosen from local farms and food artisans.
Not very hungry? Xhibit’s cocktail list deserves an exhibit of its own! Guests can have a seat along the large L-shaped bar and unwind after a long day. From soothing vodka ginger-tumeric concoctions to energetic tequila cold-brew drinks, these creations are worth the shot.
