We’re excited to welcome live events industry leader Robert Roth to the 360 Media family.
For nearly six decades, Robert has helped shape the live entertainment industry from behind the scenes, building a career that spans concert lighting, production design, touring logistics, business strategy and live event technology. Today, he serves as Vice President of Live Events at 4Wall Entertainment and is the founder of consulting firm Eccentric Design, where he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in live production.
Throughout his remarkable career, Robert has worked alongside some of music’s biggest names, including Eagles, Billy Joel, Metallica, Justin Bieber, Eric Church, Bad Bunny, Ozzy Osbourne, The Jacksons, Kool & the Gang, Willie Nelson and many more. His work has also extended beyond the concert stage to television, film, festivals, major political events and large-scale corporate productions.
Robert’s journey began in Georgia, where a fascination with lighting and live production led him to create his first light show at just 14 years old. That early passion grew into one of the industry’s most respected careers, marked by entrepreneurial ventures, groundbreaking productions and a reputation for bridging creativity, technology and business.
Today, Robert continues to influence the future of live entertainment. Most recently, he collaborated with the creative team supporting Carín León’s current arena tour, helping integrate innovative lighting technology into a production that debuted at Payne Arena and continues to evolve throughout the tour. The collaboration comes as León’s star continues to rise, with the acclaimed artist set to become the first Latin artist to headline Sphere.
