Ike’s is bringing a fresh twist to Cinco de Mayo with Afro de Mayo, a Ghanaian-Mexican fusion experience that celebrates bold, cross-cultural flavors. The menu blends the signature spice of suya with Mexican favorites, featuring dishes like beef and chicken suya tacos, suya quesadillas, and a sobolo margarita mocktail. Designed to highlight both creativity and flavor, the event offers a vibrant take on the holiday, complete with a live DJ to round out the experience.
Friday, May 8: MARIETTA GRAND OPENING + RIBBON CUTTING

Join Ike’s as they celebrate the grand opening of their Marietta location with a full day of bold flavors, community, and culture. A ribbon cutting will take place at 10 a.m.
Enjoy a first taste of Ike’s with all-day complimentary beef, chicken, and lamb suya samplers and exclusive offerings including:
- From 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Free Puff Puff (African beignets) with coffee purchase

Treat the mom in your life to a special Mother’s Day buffet, “Mama’s Choice,” featuring a range of West African dishes. Guests can enjoy an all-you-can-eat spread with favorites like jollof rice, egusi and okra soups, grilled suya, fresh seafood, and classic sides such as plantains and fufu. It’s a thoughtful way to treat mom to a meal she’ll truly enjoy. The buffet is $50 per person; kids 11 & under eat for $25.
