ADAC continues to shine a spotlight on the Southeast’s most talented designers and architects through its esteemed Southeast Designers and Architect of the Year Awards. In collaboration with VERANDA, this annual event celebrates creative visionaries who are redefining the industry through innovation and excellence. With a record-breaking 128 entries pouring in from across eight states, this year’s competition has been one for the books.
ADAC is thrilled to introduce 27 finalists across three key categories: Residential Interior Design, Contract Interior Design, and Architecture. These finalists, hailing from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, have demonstrated exceptional talent and a keen ability to push design boundaries. Their work was carefully evaluated by an esteemed judging panel, including VERANDA’s Executive Editor Ellen McGauley, Young Huh of Young Huh Interior Design, and Tim Barber of Tim Barber Architects.
Finalists will be recognized at the Finalists Celebration on April 23 at Logan Gardens (Suite 506) as part of DESIGN ADAC, an annual spring market that brings the design community together. Media members interested in covering this prestigious event can RSVP to rsvp@360media.net.
Stay tuned as ADAC prepares to reveal the winners of the 2025 Southeast Designers and Architect of the Year Awards and celebrate the outstanding contributions of these talented individuals.
