Chef Freddy Money, the Executive Chef of both Atlanta’s award-winning restaurants Atlas and The Garden Room at the St. Regis, will head to California July 22-24, 2022, to participate in the Global Cuisine Series held by The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Chef Money will collaborate with Executive Chef Roberto Riveros at the resort’s Navio restaurant, creating dishes reflective of their respective establishments.

The Series returns after a two-year hiatus, welcoming Michelin-star chefs from across the country to the West Coast to collaborate on dinner and brunch menus for one weekend each at Navio. On the weekend of each guest chef visit, the dishes will appear on the restaurant’s Friday and Saturday Chef’s Tasting Dinner menus and Saturday and Sunday Brunch. The Tasting Dinner Menu will include three dishes from the visiting chef and is available for $249/guest.
