Get ready to experience Atlas and The Garden Room in ways you never have before. Both restaurants have introduced a number of one-time-only experiences for guests to enjoy now through early August.

Join Atlas as they take guests underground with Atlas Underground, offer exclusive sips + bites from the Garden Room in Atlas Tavern (the bar area of the restaurant), and provide a luxurious take on a decadent pastry experience dubbed Choux Box (aka the Papillion Room).

Atlas Underground features the restaurant’s acclaimed Chef’s Tasting Menu and offers wine pairings in the St. Regis’ Maisonette while the Atlas kitchen undergoes renovations.

The Choux Box in the Papillion Room of Atlas will be a unique pastry concept created by Atlas Executive Chef Freddy Money and Pastry Chef Eric Snow, and focuses on an innovative approach to pastry, using only the finest ingredients to create unique flavor combinations that delight the senses.

Guests of The Garden Room are also invited to join the restaurant for its Summer Staycation Pop-Up Series, featuring elevated takes on comfort food including June’s “Burgers + Lobster.” The series features three distinct culinary experiences, all focused on guilty pleasures + will leave guests wanting more!
