The Position:
We are looking for a full-time team member with all-around awesome PR skills who is ready to hit the ground running! Reporting to senior-level team members, the Buzz Coordinator is 360’s backbone. You’ll support the team and day-to-day needs of 360 Media client accounts across entertainment, hospitality, culinary, real estate and consumer lifestyle categories. Here are the gig musts:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for seamless and frequent interactions with the team and clients, as well as PR correspondence and phone calls
• Great writing skills and knowledge of public relations best practices to be put to use crafting local/regional media pitches and other PR materials
• Excellent organizational skills to keep the team on track with meeting agendas and recaps (thanks in advance!)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying goals and deadlines at any given time
• Familiarity with Atlanta media outlets and contacts
• Understanding of how to maintain client media clippings and create a client report
• Excellent relationship-building skills to foster relationships with media locally, regionally and nationally
• Comfort with navigating social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is expected and knowledge of how to use Sprout Social, Cision, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and WordPress is preferred
• Walking the walk, not just talking the talk as a highly motivated, resourceful self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with other team members on accounts
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Attendance at after-hours / weekend events as needed (think: amazing restaurants; fun festivals; interesting, new locales and personalities)
• Bonus for general event PR and planning experience

Public relations activities will include but are not limited to, various forms of writing (press releases and more), research, updating and maintaining media lists, monitoring + tracking client media clips, managing project reports, contributing to PR brainstorming and strategy processes and providing support at special events.
Social Media responsibilities will include but are not limited to, monitoring client accounts and mentions on various social platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and others; providing content for any/all social platforms and blog posts; assisting with live social content during events; exploring the brainstorming and strategy processes of social media marketing; managing project reports.
Interns are also expected to assist with basic office duties.

Apply Now360 Media, Inc. seeks to fill an immediate opening for an Assistant role which will provide support to the public relations agency’s Founder + President on their day-to-day tasks of running the agency as well as the entertainment, hospitality, culinary, real estate and lifestyle client accounts they handle. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of previous experience employed in a similar role supporting senior management and/or executive level personnel. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, performing general administrative tasks, managing the Founder + President’s schedule including scheduling and confirming meetings/appointments, drafting meeting agendas and recaps, ensuring deadlines are met, assisting with travel itineraries and bookings, providing all information and/or documents to ensure the Founder + President is prepared for all meetings and events, running errands, assisting with fulfilling media requests for client materials, photos, and interviews, and maintaining various documents tracking client account work. Tasks will be both business and personal in nature, requiring the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information with discretion.
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal skills, the ability to effectively manage multiple goals, priorities and deadlines within a fast-paced environment as well as excellent organizational skills. This position will report directly to and be in constant communication with the Founder + President. Experience in Microsoft Office 365 expected with experience in Sprout Social, Cision, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress preferred. General event PR and planning experience is a plus.
The Assistant must be a resourceful individual who is highly motivated and a self-starter with a positive, energetic, service-oriented attitude. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and with accuracy is required. Should be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to build strong working relationships externally and internally. Availability to work client events some nights and weekends is required. This position will be expected to join a hybrid workplace structure in Atlanta combining both in-office and remote work each week.
Salary will be commensurate to experience.
