The Four Hands Guest Chef Series returns to Atlas next week for another iconic culinary crossover. The event will begin Wednesday, Oct. 5 and happen each night through Saturday, Oct. 8, from 5-10:00 p.m. This series features 2 Michelin Star Chef, Kirk Westaway from JAAN in Singapore.
Chef Kirk is a multi-award-winning and internationally renowned chef known as one of the most dynamic, creative and celebrated maestros on the Michelin star dining scene. Culinary Director Freddy Money will collaborate with Chef Kirk for four nights of culinary artistry, featuring an exquisite tasting menu experience.
