Atlas returns with another Michelin Star Guest Chef for the Four Hands Collaboration Dinner. The next series will feature the iconic collaboration of Chef Freddy Money and Chef Nicolai Tram. The event will take place Wednesday, Nov. 16, and will happen each night through Friday, Nov. 18, from 5 – 8 p.m.
Chef Tram and culinary director Freddy Money will create three nights of culinary brilliance. The menu will feature a taste of the Swedish forests, with each course presenting the freshest products from the local environment. The Sommelier Team will also provide wine pairings to complement the dishes.
Atlas is also introducing an exciting culinary adventure with Chef Tram that recreates the Atlas dining experience in unexpected locations. The first ATLAS Away will be held on Saturday, Nov. 19, from 3-7:00 p.m. at CERES Chattahoochee Hills. Space is limited. Book your experience here.
