Things may have changed drastically in the past few months, but Oliva Restaurants isn’t slowing down any time soon. The restaurant group has remained flexible with everything thrown their way, from virtual experiences to new outdoor dining spaces. Check out some of the upcoming news and events for September 2020.

Aziza

Can’t fly to Israel right now? No problem, Atlanta Food & Wine Festival and Aziza are bringing the Land of Milk and Honey to you on September 10 at 6:30 PM. Enjoy Aziza’s take on Modern Israeli Cuisine right here in the south. The cuisine is fire centric and as such, the big wood-burning oven that predominates the open kitchen space is used in many of their dishes. The dinner will be served as an elaborate multi-course family-style dining experience and will be prepared by Aziza’s chef team; Brandon Hughes and Layla Walk.

Dinner will include a curated wine and spirits menu featuring Four Roses Bourbon Cocktail selections and more! Learn more + register here.

Bellina Alimentari

Bellina Alimentari has officially taken their famous pasta making classes online! Learn the art of traditional fresh pasta making from the comfort of your own home with the restaurant’s incredible chefs. The next class will be held Tuesday, September 22 at 6:30 PM via Zoom.

Everything needed for the class will be supplied by Bellina, with easy pickup from the restaurant the day before the class from 2-8 PM. The class will showcase how to make the perfect fresh pasta from start to finish and a delicious Pomodoro sauce for 1-2 people. The evening can be made extra special with the Full Meal option including a bottle of natural house wine, a cheese and charcuterie board, Caesar salad, and hazelnut-chocolate truffles.

Bellina is also offering the option for private class sessions for special celebrations, holiday parties, or just because! Email the restaurant directly to book a private session.

Rina

Soak up the last days of summer on Rina’s bright, new patio. Just steps away from The Shed at Ponce City Market, stop by the to-go window for a selection of Tel Aviv-style beach foods, draft cocktails, cold beer, and boozy (or not!) milkshakes.
