Larkin on Memorial, the Grant Park development by Paces Properties, marks its 5-year milestone as it gears up to welcome two delicious new tenants.
PERC Coffee will open this fall in the former Full Commission space and will bring its vibrant energy, flavorful brews, and crave-worthy eats to the development.
Looking ahead, Birdcage, a Latin-inspired eatery from Leslie Cohen (the force behind Firepit Pizza Tavern), will open in early 2024. Nestled near her acclaimed pizzeria, this 3,000-square-foot standalone gem promises vivid hues, Latin-infused creations, inventive drinks, and more.
