As you may already know (and be as excited for as we are!), it’s almost time to depart from the ordinary and take a “leave of absence” at Rooftop L.O.A., Slater Hospitality’s dine, swim + escape experience opening this Spring! Once open, Rooftop L.O.A. invites guests to detach from the day-to-day and experience three distinct offerings all on one rooftop – Restaurant, Pool, and Grove – and today, we’re sharing a closer look at the Restaurant.

The heart of Rooftop L.O.A. is the signature 8,000-square-foot, coastal European, full-service Restaurant featuring 360° views of the city. With an innovative menu from Culinary Director Joseph Trevino that will change seasonally, the Restaurant welcomes guests for brunch, dinner, and late-night bites. Featuring premium protein dishes, progressive seafood and caviar programs, fresh pastas, and sweet and savory brunch options, the Restaurant offers guests a unique luxury dining experience. In addition to an elevated food menu, the Restaurant also offers an extensive beverage program with more than 300 bottles of wine and sake, a cocktail menu with a mix of classic and custom cocktails, and a beer program with selections from around the world.
