Team 360 has some exciting news to share! Paces Properties, the team behind Atlanta Dairies in Reynoldstown, just announced the latest tenant to join the mixed-use development. Anticipated to open in Q4 of 2022, El Malo is the brainchild of restaurateur Omar Ferrer (Supremo Taco, Pollo Supremo) and beverage director Gabe Bowen (formerly of Umi Sushi and Restaurant Eugene). El Malo will be a rum bar rooted in deep reverence for the history and culture surrounding sugar cane/agave-based spirits… and the new destination for music and cocktails!

El Malo joins seven additional tenants that are already open including City Champion, Dairies Coffeehouse and Cold Brew Bar, Paradiso Plant Shop, Proper Wax, Three Taverns Imaginarium, Wonderkid, YOUNG BLOOD, and The Eastern music venue, which most recently debuted with a fall opening last year.
