We are excited to announce that our client, Paces Properties, won big at the 2022 Atlanta Business Chronicle Best in Real Estate Awards ceremony! Atlanta Dairies, redeveloped by the brilliant minds behind Paces Properties, was named “Adaptive Reuse Deal of the Year!”
After operations closed on the Atlanta Dairies cooperative in 2004, the property, which was once a commerce hub, was left abandoned with no use. Today, however, Paces Properties has transformed Atlanta Dairies into a destination for Atlanta’s Eastside neighborhoods, with entertainment, retail, restaurant + more. Did we mention Dairies is located right off the BeltLine? What a spot!
Founded in 1972, Paces Properties, for the past decade, has been at the forefront of adaptive reuse spaces across the city! From Krog Street Market and Larkin on Memorial to The Office Apartments and Atlanta Dairies, and so many more, Paces Properties has transformed the city, but without losing the sense of place and history.
