Rooftop L.O.A. keeps getting better, and while we eagerly await its opening, we’re very proud to share how Slater Hospitality’s sustainability initiatives make this rooftop concept Earth-friendly – from solar power and waste reduction to self-tinted windows and more.
In fact, the L.O.A.’s solar hybrid system heats the Pool and supplements more than 15 percent of the entire rooftop’s energy, including the Restaurant, Pool + Grove. Plus, smart windows increase efficiency by up to 20 percent.
