Calling all Hawkins residents! Catherine Dyer, best known as the relentless Agent Connie Frazier in season one of Netflix’s Stranger Things, is heading to San Antonio for Hawkins Forever, a fan-created celebration of the show’s 10-year anniversary, Nov. 6 to 8. Read the full release here.
Taking place at Wonderland of the Americas, the three-day event gives fans the chance to meet Dyer for autographs and photos and catch her on a panel. Fellow guests include Peggy Miley and Andrey Ivchenko.
The fun kicks off Nov. 6, Stranger Things Day, with costume contests, Upside Down photo ops, Palace Arcade and Family Video pop-ups, a Starcourt Mall market, and Surfer Boy Pizza and Benny’s Burgers food pop-ups.
Raised in Atlanta, Dyer has built a career on both sides of the camera, with credits including The Rivals of Amziah King, The Terminal List, Reptile and The Morning Show. Before acting full time, she spent seven years as a Supervising Producer at A&E Networks, earning a Primetime Emmy nomination in 2003. She also co-founded Atlanta acting studio Drama Inc.
Hawkins Forever runs Friday, Nov. 6 through Sunday, Nov. 8, at Wonderland of the Americas, 4522 Fredericksburg Road, Balcones Heights (San Antonio), Texas.
