- The My Sweet Fire is a red pizza topped with homemade peppadew pepper cream, buffalo mozzarella, hot soppressata, + peppadew peppers. Once outside the oven, it’s finished with stracciatella cheese + a drizzle of fresh basil pesto.
- The Melanzanella is a white pizza topped with fried eggplant, smoked mozzarella, artisanal salame + roasted grape tomatoes. After cooking to perfection, stracciatella cheese, fresh basil, black pepper, + EVOO provide the finishing touches.
