The spritz is a classic Italian cocktail that’s perfect for the season, and we’re excited to announce Varuni’s Midtown location now offers a brand-new menu of them. Developed by the Neapolitan pizzeria’s creative General Manager Marco, these six summer spritzes feature a flavor combination that will remind you of summertime. Offered exclusively at Varuni’s Midtown spot for a limited time, check out the new menu below:
- Aperol Spritz: Aperol, prosecco + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
- Bourbon Tea Spritz: House Bourbon, peach tea, freshly squeezed lemon juice, peach-infused syrup + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
- Cello Spritz: Limoncello, ginger beer, freshly squeezed lemon juice, basil and lemon-infused syrup + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
- Cynar Spritz: Cynar, ginger beer, fresh peppercorns, prosecco + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
- Indigo Gin Spritz: Indigo Gin colored with Butterfly Pea Flowers, prosecco, freshly squeezed lemon juice + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
- Negroni Spritz: House-made oak barreled Negroni Reserve, prosecco, Antica + San-Benedetto Italian sparkling water
