bartaco vinings jubilee

We’re excited to share Vinings Jubilee’s bartaco is officially open! bartaco joins a roster of other incredible F+B, as well as retail, tenants at Vinings Jubilee.

bartaco took up residence in the old church building on-site – the same church building that CEO and President of Paces Properties, David Cochran, and Co-Founder and CEO of bartaco, Scott Lawton, used to ride BMX bikes by as kids on their way to the New York Pizza Exchange in Vinings. Many years later, Vinings Jubilee acquired the old Baptist Church, and the Paces Properties team decided to preserve the original church structure and steeple but reimagined the concept to hold a restaurant. For a while, Cochran searched for a remarkable tenant to fill the space. When his childhood friend, Lawton, reached out about the space, Cochran knew bartaco was exactly what Vinings Jubilee needed.

Vinings Jubilee was built for people to come together, relax, eat, shop and share authentic, meaningful experiences – and that’s what you can expect when you visit bartaco. In addition to boldly flavored scratch-made tacos, “not tacos” + more, the Vinings location will feature two new “crush” cocktails. Here are the delicious details on the new sips:

  • Orange Crush ($10.5) – Wheatley vodka + Combier liqueur d’orange + fresh orange juice + orange Fanta
  • Pineapple Crush ($10.5) – Wheatley vodka + Combier liqueur d’orange + fresh pineapple juice + pineapple Fanta
