Atlantic Station’s annual Lunar New Year programming is back with lively experiences to celebrate the Year of the Dragon!
Join the Atlantic Station neighborhood on Saturday, Feb. 10, for the annual Lunar New Year Festival on the Atlantic Green from noon to 4 p.m. The celebration will feature a traditional Lion Dance, special Kung Fu/Tai Chi performances, a symbolic craft station, a numerologist who will make predictions based on your birthdate and much more!
Visitors can also stop by for the nightly show at the top of every hour from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. through Monday, Feb. 12. The colorful display features a beautiful 90-foot-long dragon with over 25,000 lights emerging from a cloud of fog near Atlantic Green and over 400 red lanterns illuminating the area for a special lantern show to honor the spiritual tradition that celebrates the reunion of loved ones.
