We’re thrilled to celebrate the groundbreaking of CERES Chatt Hills while also welcoming the innovative development back to the 360 Media client family. Developed by TNG Communities and Oxford Development Project, CERES Chatt Hills is bringing a fresh perspective to community living by putting food at the center of the lifestyle experience. From chef-driven concepts and edible landscaping to gardens, orchards, greenhouses, and curated culinary experiences, the development is designed to foster connection, sustainability, and everyday moments centered around gathering and nourishment.
The groundbreaking event celebrated the bold vision behind CERES and the team bringing it to life, including founder Dominique Love, Ellen Buckley, Clive Davis, and co-developer Curtis Wahle. With strong early momentum and growing buzz surrounding the project, CERES Chatt Hills is already shaping up to be one of Georgia’s most exciting new developments.
