Pinky Promises are to be kept (especially for the ATL community) and according to AJC.com Bon Ton has done just that. Since opening last winter, the open-late bar + restaurant has successfully brought together Cajun and Creole with Vietnamese for some ‘Fancy Service’. Nothing short of authentic, the menu features things like Lo Lat Rolls, Crawfish Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese, House Po’Boy and according to Atlanta.Net, their Applewood Smoked Snow Crab preparation is a specialty.

The hand-crafted cocktail’s bring both a taste of NOLA + Vietnam with options like the FiftyFiftyFifty (Gin, Manzanilla, Lillet, Absinthe), the Frozen Ward Six Cup (Cathead Vodka “Pimm’s”, Cucumber, Fruit, Ginger, Lemon), and Vietnamese Irish Coffee (Jameson, Coffee Brandy, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Chicory Coffee, Cream, Nutmeg). Sip on a few of these bad boys and you’ll find yourself posting pics galore of their notorious Fancy Service neon sign on Instagram. Make sure it’s a good one, though, because you may be competing with their ATL-famed and “wonderfully weird” Instagram account. Told ya, pinky promises are to be kept. #BonTonAF
