We love Bon Ton for a million reasons… the atmosphere, the food, their one-of-a-kind Instagram + of course, their cocktails. Honestly, we could go on and on about their creative drinks, but today we’re focusing on one of the people who make them so good.

Keyatta Mincey-Parker, a Bon Ton bartender, recently won the regional portion of Bombay Sapphire’s Most Imaginative Bartender Competition. She beat out competition from around the country + travels to England this month for a gin education tour with the other finalists. The finals will be held in February of 2020 in Chicago + you can bet we’ll be cheering her on. Congrats, Keyatta!
