New Year’s resolutions always begin with great intentions. You set goals to improve your life and while you may fully intend to keep them, the fact of the matter is 25% of people break their resolutions by January 7, and even more break them within the month. Still, is this any reason to stop trying? We think not!

Setting New Year’s resolutions for yourself is still a productive way to start your year on the right foot. A lot of us may overlook setting professional resolutions, but doing so can help decrease procrastination, increase productivity, and help with organization.

So, when the New Year rolls around, do yourself a favor and try writing a few down. You never know how much it might help.
