Pinewood Forest, a luxury mixed-use development in South Metro Atlanta, has just announced the delicious details about its first restaurant tenant. Rustic yet refined eatery BRAISE is set to open in 2019 and will serve up dishes inspired by European, New American, Asian, and Southern flavors. Despite the global palate, head chefs Tanya Jimenez and Michael Le will use locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients in the intimate 30-seat restaurant. The husband and wife duo, who currently experiment with pop-up restaurant Mushi Ni in the popular We Suki Suki, are no strangers to the kitchen.
