One of our favorite Midtown restaurants, Bon Ton, has been serving up delicious food since they first opened in 2017 + their knowledge on crawfish has recently been featured on Food & Wine’s website.  Eric Simpkins, co-founder of Big Citizen, talks all things crawfish, including the best way to eat them – he recommends the twist + pull, the pinch + suck or what he calls, “taking the shot.” He also gives advice on choosing drinks that complement the spiciness of the dish including cocktails, beer + wine.
