Part of what we love about our work is being involved with commercial real estate developers who are continuing to change the face of Atlanta. We have repped Paces Properties since 2012 with Krog Street Market, The Office Apartments, Vinings Jubilee, Larkin on Memorial, Woodward + Boulevard, their collaboration with Bunkhouse on a hotel, so much on Memorial Drive + more. Their innovative view on adaptive reuse and saving so many buildings to keep as much of the original structure as possible is inspiring. It’s part of why their projects always stand out. It’s also one reason why we are obsessed with Atlanta Dairies in Reynoldstown.
