Things are heating up at Sear, Atlanta Marriott Marquis’ in-house restaurant. After an extensive renovation, the beloved eatery is back open to the public. The space, designed in part by HeCho, Inc., mixes modern design with industrial-chic accents, refined wood and an open-kitchen concept.
Along with an atmosphere refresh, Sear has a completely re-envisioned menu to match. The standout dishes, including Butter Basted Cauliflower Steak, Braised Pork Chops, Dry-aged Steak and Seared Scallops, will be accompanied by over 25 bourbons, hand-crafted cocktails and a variety of wines. The cherry on top? They’ve partnered with local farms and food purveyors to bring guests the freshest ingredients.
