Coming from an open office space + tight knit work community, #team360 has really had to adjust to our new normal of working from home. At first, we were all trying to stay afloat, keeping up with clients’ needs + just generally coming to terms with what is happening in the world. Now that we’re entering month three, we’ve picked up some tips along the way we want to share to our fellow WFH community.
We communicate as much as possible – that means Zoom meetings three times a week with the whole team, one-on-one phone calls + chats, and team happy hours (after hours of course.) We’ve also encouraged everyone to be honest with how they’re feeling, knowing that mental health is more important than ever right now.
